Toni Koury, LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in couples and individual therapy, and maintain a private practice in downtown Los Gatos, California.

With over twenty years experience as a psychotherapist, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with clients with a broad spectrum of issues, and my specialties are relationship/couples issues and women's issues. I also help people who are experiencing life transitions, working on their own path of enrichment/personal growth, alleviating and managing stress, and helping individuals overcome depression and anxiety.

My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. My clinical orientation/methodologies include: cognitive behavioral therapy; brief treatment solution-focused therapy; family systems therapy; humanistic approach and narrative therapy. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, in a non-judgmental atmosphere, I work with each individual, each unique couple, to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
